Here at Grays we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. If for any reason you are unhappy with the goods purchased you may return them to us within 30 days from receipt of the goods. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we have delivered a faulty item or incorrect item.
It is your responsibility to take care of the goods before returning them, and they must be returned in a state where they can be resold – with all original tags still intact.
When returning goods, please ensure you have proof of purchase e.g. your original receipt or bank statement.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified we can only offer an exchange or credit note.
In the unfortunate case of a damaged item an exchange or full refund can be made and will be credited by the original method of payment.
